Managing Director
Viktorija Trimbel
Seasoned practitioner in the Lithuanian and regional capital markets with an excellent track record in M&A, fund raising and corporate governance, dedicated to support founders and co-investors and promote Lithuanian startup ecosystem.
Viktorija is also a member of the Lithuanian Capital Markets Board, Board Member at Lithuanian Business Angel Association, and the Head of Governance Policy Group for Lithuania at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.

Kęstutis Juonys
Versatile investment professional with solid experience across a range of asset classes and deal structures, from startups to fund investments.
Before joining the team, Kęstutis managed a diverse portfolio at a family office, gaining hands-on exposure to various types of deals. He has worked with companies across multiple sectors, bringing broad market insight to investment analysis. Earlier roles in banking and at a leading company in Lithuania’s energy sector provided a strong foundation in finance and analysis.

Edvinas Žuravliovas
Investment and compliance professional with 9+ years of experience in financial compliance and early-stage investing. At Plug and Play Tech Center HQ FinTech Vertical Edvinas sourced startups conducted due diligence and supported 5M+ in early-stage fintech investments working with founders and corporate partners. He delivered market and technology research for US financial institutions covering consumer fintech, fraud prevention, legaltech and other innovation trends.
He has hands-on experience in AML, sanctions and fraud prevention serving as MLRO in governmental and banking environments conducting major investigations into suspicious operations and fraudulent schemes worth hundreds of millions of euros. Edvinas is pursuing a Master of Law in Taxes and Finance.

Emilija Kuleša
Curious and driven investment enthusiast with a passion for helping bold ideas grow. Emilija brings experience across capital markets, venture capital and entrepreneurship. She supports early-stage investments through analysis, due diligence and deal execution. Her expertise in managing a restaurant venture adds a practical, founder-focused perspective to her investment work.
Emilija holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from ISM University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Vilnius University.

Matas Petronis
Venture capital professional and startup enthusiast, who has experience contributing to the growth of emerging companies from both investor and insider roles.
Matas recently returned to Vilnius after gaining experience in one of the leading Private Equity funds in New York ($15B AUM). Prior to this, he played a key role in securing financing and acquiring customers for promising startups.

Investment Analyst
Jonas Čiutelė
Venture capital and equity markets analyst, leveraging financial markets experience to evaluate startups and early-stage investment opportunities. Has published investment analyses for an international audience and examined companies in niche markets, developing expertise in business models and financial performance.
Jonas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics and a Master’s degree in International Economics from Vytautas Magnus University.
Independent Non-Executive Investment Committee
The Fund's executive team is supported by an international independent non-executive investment committee, consisting of three members, who approve proposed investment transactions and accredit private investors to co-invest in portfolio startups under a profit-sharing scheme.

Jusi Savukoski
A VC veteran with 25 years of experience that includes two unicorn exits and being ranked for three consecutive years as the “World’s Most Consistent Venture Manager” by Preqin. He has managed 12 funds across various sector-focused and generalist strategies. Originally from Finland, he has lived and worked in the UK, USA, South Africa, Brazil, France, and Singapore, and currently resides in Spain. Jussi holds partner-level roles at Hatch Blue and at Sifter Capital.

Mary McKenna
Mary McKenna brings over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and angel investing. She was named European Female Angel Investor of the Year 2023/24 and UK Business Angel of the Year 2023, and was awarded an MBE by Queen Elizabeth II in 2014 for services to digital technology, innovation, and learning. Mary has personally invested in more than 35 early-stage tech startups across Europe, with 65% of her portfolio led by women founders. She is also the co-founder of AwakenHub and AwakenAngels, and serves as a mentor to numerous organizations including the EIC Scaling Club, University of Oxford and Imperial College London.

Eimantas Norkūnas
Eimantas Norkūnas, a seasoned IT entrepreneur, is one of the co-founders of MailerLite — a bootstrapped Lithuanian startup launched in 2005 that evolved into a leading global email marketing SaaS platform with a fully remote team across 40+ countries. It achieved the largest full startup exit in Lithuania to date. He also founded the Unicorns.lt database, which grew into the influential Unicorns Lithuania community. Eimantas is a strong advocate for building efficient digital services and successful startups in Lithuania.
