Viktorija Trimbel
Seasoned practitioner in the Lithuanian and regional capital markets with an excellent track record in M&A, fund raising and corporate governance, dedicated to support founders and co-investors and promote Lithuanian startup ecosystem.
Viktorija is also a member of the Lithuanian Capital Markets Board, Board Member at Lithuanian Business Angel Association, and the Head of Governance Policy Group for Lithuania at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.

Matas Ramanauskas
Team player and committed startup champion, ensuring smooth and swift preparation and structuring of investment and exit transactions.
Matas has gained experience in finance, having worked in corporate finance at KPMG Baltic's Deal Advisory team (M&A, FDD, valuations), has taken financial analysis positions in several startups, including international payments scaleup TransferGo, and cryptocurrency startup H-Finance.

Austėja Lazaravičiūtė

Austėja is a BSc Economics student at Bocconi University, leading European higher education institution with a long tradition in highly qualified teaching and research focused on Economics, Finance and Management.

Matas Petronis
Venture capital professional and startup enthusiast, who has experience contributing to the growth of emerging companies from both investor and insider roles.
Matas recently returned to Vilnius after gaining experience in one of the leading Private Equity funds in New York ($15B AUM). Prior to this, he played a key role in securing financing and acquiring customers for promising startups.
Independent Non-Executive Investment Committee
The Fund's executive team is supported by an independent non-executive investment committee, consisting of three members, who approve proposed investment transactions and accredit private investors to co-invest in portfolio startups under a profit-sharing scheme.

Andrius Barštys
Andrius is currently the Chief Executive Officer of UAB Capitalica Asset Management. Previously he served as the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer at AB Bank FINASTA and chaired the Boards of other FINASTA GROUP companies (Finasta was one of the largest investment banking, wealth management, pension fund and investment management platforms in the Baltics). Andrius is an experienced top-level executive and investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in capital markets and in the areas of asset management and real estate.

Edvinas Vosylius
Edvinas has more than 14 years of international business development experience, placing his key focus on startups for the last 6 of them. Edvinas is currently the CEO and founder of Hemes. At his prior role as a VP of Sales, he assisted Whatagraph in expanding into the USA, Canada, and Australia, managed the first Lithuanian corporate venture capital fund within the SBA Group, as Head of EMEA region at Deeper, assisted its expansion to 55 countries and sales growth from EUR 200k to EUR 10M in just 4 years, also participated in several startup accelerators as mentor.

Giedrius Martusevičius
Giedrius has long international (Philips, Samsung, Nespresso) experience for developing sales and marketing strategies of consumer electronic goods in Baltic, Israel, Central Asia and Caucasus. He also has invested into several start-ups and was responsible for patent negotiation with global multinational company and patent technology commercialisation. Giedrius has a good combination of investor and entrepreneur skills to achieve fast and positive results.
