We are looking for a new team member to join Coinvest Capital and make a significant impact in bringing early-stage investments into the most promising startups alongside business angels and other co-investors.
We continue to rank among the most active VC funds in both Lithuania and Central & Eastern Europe, as highlighted by Dealroom and Pitchbook reports for 2024, and reinforced by Sifted, which listed us among Europe’s top 10 most active investors in Q2 2025. Expanding the team reflects the next stage of growth for Coinvest Capital – having our investment mandate further extended at the end of last year to include EU-based startups, as long as they create value for Lithuania, and having welcomed our new international investment committee (read more), we are ready to support even more ambitious founders and drive lasting impact across the region.
Join us on our exciting journey to support the Lithuanian startup ecosystem and strengthen private co-investments!
When is the deadline to apply? The "lifeline" is now - we are an evergreen VC fund and make decisions not when the clock is ticking but when we believe we have found the right candidate, both in hiring and in our investment decisions.
