The Fund’s team consists of the Fund’s management team and independent members of the Investment Committee. Members of the Investment Committee act as independent market experts in decision-making on investments and their management as well as enrolment of private investors.
Andrius is currently the Chief Executive Officer of UAB Capitalica Asset Management. Previously he served as the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer at AB Bank FINASTA and chaired the Boards of other FINASTA GROUP companies (Finasta was one of the largest investment banking, wealth management, pension fund and investment management platforms in the Baltics). Andrius is an experienced top-level executive and investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in capital markets and in the areas of asset management and real estate.
Edvinas has more than 14 years of international business development experience, placing his key focus on startups for the last 6 of them. Edvinas is currently the CSO at Favro. As a VP of Sales he assisted one of the fastest growing startups in Lithuania “Whatagraph” to expand into the USA, Canada and Australia. Prior to that, Edvinas was managing the first Lithuanian corporate venture capital fund within the SBA Group. Edvinas, as Head of EMEA region at “Deeper”, assisted this startup to expand to 55 countries and grow up from EUR 200k to EUR 10M in just 4 years. Edvinas also participated in several startup accelerators as mentor and has advised numerous startups on business development and fundraising.
Giedrius has long international (Philips, Samsung, Nespresso) experience for developing sales and marketing strategies of consumer electronic goods in Baltic, Israel, Central Asia and Caucasus. He also has invested into several start-ups and was responsible for patent negotiation with global multinational company and patent technology commercialisation. Giedrius has a good combination of investor and entrepreneur skills to achieve fast and positive results.
Matas has financial analysis working experience in corporate finance, international payments, and cryptocurrency. Prior to joining CoInvest Capital, Matas worked at KPMG’s Deal Advisory division, cryptocurrency startup H-Finance, and TransferGo.
Paulius has many years of experience in fundraising and M&A. Prior to joining CoInvest Capital, Paulius worked at DNB Bank's Financial Markets Division and Deloitte's Financial Advisory Division.
Viktorija Trimbel has been appointed as a Managing Director of CoInvest Capital on February 20, 2023. She is a seasoned practitioner in the Lithuanian and regional capital markets, with an excellent track record in M&A, fund raising and corporate governance. Viktorija is also a member of the Lithuanian Capital Markets Board and the Head of Governance Policy Group for Lithuania at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance. She has served as an independent non-executive Board member at the national financial development agency INVEGA during past three years. V. Trimbel has graduated with Diploma Summa cum Laude in Business Administration from Vilnius University, passed 2 levels of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program and studied international business programs, offered by University of Notre Dame and Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania), USA.
